Having taken a long hard look at the wedding photography business in Blackpool, I decided that there is a market for a "No Frills" comprehensive wedding photography package at a realistic price.
My wedding photography package
is very simple and comprehensive, and there are no hidden extras,
it is based on experience of what modern couples actually want
from their wedding photographer. The photography starts 45 minutes
before the wedding at the Church or Civil venue with the photography
of the Bridegroom, Best Man, and Attendants, and then concentrates
on the guests arriving, the arrival of the Bride, and posed photographs
of the Bridal party.
The photography continues discreetly during the Ceremony, capturing
the important shots of the ring exchange etc, and then the signing
of the register, and the procession of the Bride and Groom down
the aisle.
The formal group photographs
are then taken, followed by the confetti shots, and pictures of
the Bride and Bridegroom with the wedding car, toasting the occasion
with some champagne. The Bridal Party can then go to a park or
similar, for some posed photographs in different surroundings.
Photographs are taken of the arrival at the reception, and of
the Bride and Bridegroom cutting their wedding cake.
In all there are about 150 - 200 pictures taken.
Back at the studio these pictures
are uploaded to an Internet Photo Album, and burnt onto a CD Rom
for the Bride and Groom.
The 75 best pictures are chosen, and carefully processed individually,
each image being colour corrected, retouched, straightened and
cropped, before being printed as 9 inch by 6 inch prints. These
processed pictures are also put onto CD Rom, and given to the
Bride and Groom so that they can obtain reprints and enlargements
at any time from any photo processing shop, and a DVD photo album
is also created for viewing on a home DVD player
